Here's another example of IPHAS magic. On the DSS2 image, Sh 2-89 is nothing but a faint reddish glow on the east side of the Vulpecula OB1 association. In this IPHAS image, this HII region comes to life with at least two emission fronts and interactions with a dark cloud.
